wtf was that? too many false endings. Screenplay is lazy and repetitive, got tiring after a point. Few jump scares will keep you from falling asleep. This was my first evil dead movie, and realised that I'm not missing out on the franchise

starts off tense, score beautifully composed by Devonté Hynes. you have met these characters irl, which makes it funny and relatable. In the second half few parts are genuinely hilarious while others made me want to shrink into my seat and become as small as possible just to hide from the sheer embarrassment.

communal experience. it tries to draw contrast between present day and pre partition of India and does a poor job of telling this story. However redeems itself when we sit in the pre-partition era and try to soak in the story of Jiya and keenu. The movie would have been a 8.5 for me if diljit's character was excluded entirely

Pure nostalgia, Some action scenes locks you in and you forget you are watching a predictable / not super interesting story. And once the set pieces are done, you come back and realize how great it could have been

rewatch made it better, ryan carries the movie with his performance. Rocky could not have been more adorable. The gigles, mannerisms, and ryan is a loveable character in the film and you root them.
